Hey, VN readers!

After six months of working on "Out of This World", it was really amazing to see how much I've grown as a developer with a little bit of impromptu drawing. Gabe really helped a lot with coming up with sprites and creating some backgrounds to use. I received some useful feedback on our VN. In the long run, it was wonderful.

During September, I took my time to watch various isekai series on Crunchyroll. It was worth watching because those series helped me to understand what sets this certain genre apart from other genres, and I came up with several ideas that would provide to improve our VN even further. I studied my road map and the story line of each route. I actually discovered several plot holes that would not look great in the future.

For that reason, I am placing our VN on hiatus. I will be using my free time to review each route and to ensure that there will not be any plot holes waiting to be discovered. There were two plot holes between Chapter Two-Four, so I needed to re-do my story line. After all, I want the readers to enjoy themselves instead of slowly becoming stumped approaching Chapter Six - The Trio of Crystal Holders. This is the point where readers will choose to go on a different route with someone else, to build trust, to get closer with, and to learn more about yourself (MC). This would impact the story line into the future- directly or indirectly. There are definitely more sprites coming up, I soon realized that one or two sprites in question should be introduced during Chapter Two-Three.

As soon as the hiatus is over, you will discover that the story has taken a new direction, especially after Chapter One. This is to help us to make sense of the whole picture before we get to choose a route with someone else! During the hiatus period (Two months, perhaps?), it will give Gabe some time to produce several new sprites and some CG scenes.

Chapter Six is still available on Patreon. I thought about releasing it to the public but decided not to. I wanted to save some precious spoilers because it would have an impact on your choices. Especially with painting Rubio differently, and the new appearance of a certain leather daddy after the hiatus.
